SKED-EVAC® TRIPOD,

The SKED EVAC® Evacuation Tripod consists of anodized aluminum supports, 5 inch by 5 inch adjustable supports up to a maximum height of 10 feet (3 meters), red anodized anchors for easy identification, centered to handle the load. When fully extended, this tripod allows the patient to be lifted completely out of the hole in a stretcher. It is rated to handle an NFPA rescue load.

The SKEDCO 4:1 mechanical advantage system uses the Rescue Hauler, a double pulley, two large steel “D” carabiners, the required amount of 1/2 “PMI” static rescue rope and a handy rope bag with a pocket to store the system ready to use. It can be attached to an anchor and ready to use in seconds.
SKED® WATER RESCUE SYSTEM
This unique system features a pre-engineered Sked® stretcher for extremely rapid deployment in the water. Using CO2 inflatable flotation bags, this system can be in the water, ready for use in less than 30 seconds. A patient can be packed and ready to be removed in less than 30 seconds. The rapid deployment system, designed especially for Navy and Coast Guard use, places the Sked® stretcher along with the Sked® inflatable flotation system in an easy-to-carry bag.
